Technical Support for Amicus Attorney Version V being Discontinued June 1, 2007:

Amicus Attorney V was launched in 2001 and is rapidly approaching its sixth birthday. In the world of software, 6 years is a very long time. Products built that long ago are not compatible with the latest operating systems and new platforms. This makes them increasingly difficult to support.

In order to continue effectively providing support to our ever expanding customer base, Gavel & Gown will be discontinuing technical support for Amicus Attorney Version V as of June 1, 2007. This does not effect Version V+ customers. After June 1, 2007 customers using Amicus Attorney V will not be able to obtain technical support for any issues regarding Version V from Gavel & Gown. Gavel & Gown will continue to honor any Annual Technical Support plans through to the renewal date.

To accommodate our Version V customers affected by this announcement we are extending a special offer to upgrade their existing firm to one of our more current products.

If Version V customers upgrade by June 1, 2007 they will receive:

    • 40% off the upgrade price - if they don't currently have an Annual Technical Support Plan.
    • 50% off the upgrade price - if they currently have an Annual Technical Support Plan.
Contact us for specific details concerning upgrade pricing.

Version V - Advanced Edition Customers can upgrade to Amicus Attorney 7 or Amicus Small Firm.

Version V - Client/Server Edition Customers can upgrade to Amicus Attorney 7, Amicus Attorney Client/Server V+ or Amicus Small Firm.

If you want to order the upgrades directly from Gavel & Gown, Please let them know that CNI is your local Amicus Certified Consultant at the time of purchase. This enables us to be credited with your purchase.
