provide Support Contracts and Time/Material billing options.
- PC / Hardware Support
- We can troubleshoot, repair and
upgrade your PCs, as well as install, configure and troubleshoot
software.

support other devices -
servers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals including
recommendations, setup and installation.
- Network Support
- We support the following:
- Peer-to-Peer, Windows NT
Server. 2000 Server, 2003 Server, Small Business Server, network
installation, design & configuration, network cabling.
- network security -
Virus protection,
hardware firewalls, software firewalls, routers, anti-spyware tools,
spam filtering for email.

Remote Connectivity –
Remote Email with Microsoft’s Exchange server, VPN (Virtual Private
Network) connections, remote connections to the desktop at your
office, Terminal Services.
- PC/Network Support Services Agreements
- Our support agreements cover
virtually everything (servers, desktops, updates, phone support and
more)
- Our Block Service Contracts are
normally 20, 50, 100 and 200 hours, but additional contracts can be
tailored as required.
- These contracts are open-ended
sold at discounted rates based on the hours of the contract.
- They do not expire until all
time is used up, protecting you from price increases while providing
flexible support.

can conduct hands-on group training sessions in our training facility,
or small hands-on training sessions at your office. We can also work
