- CNI provides management consulting to assist client
in evaluating changes required in their business operations for office
automation or implementation of corporate information systems.
CNI has specific experience in the origination,
planning, and management of projects. Our consultants have developed
processes by which end-user productivity improvements have been achieved
using networked information systems.
Consulting Services provided include feasibility
studies, cost justification analysis, requirements definition and
documentation, project planning, project management, design, implementation,
testing, training, and on-going support.

Implementation Services
- CNI has been providing service and support to its
customers since its inception in May 1992. CNI's customer base is made up of
municipalities, courts, manufacturing, schools, legal and insurance
agencies, as well as specialty shops. Each of our customer's have unique
system configurations (both hardware / software) that make them special and
functional for their operations. CNI has been able to meet and exceed the
service and support needs requested by its customers.

- CNI's Technical Support staff have over 30 years experience,
training, and certifications necessary to support our customer base. When
specific instances occur where we do not have a specific in-house skill or
area of expertise, we have partnered with other companies to provide that
unique skill or technology mix necessary to support and exceed the
